Rescheduling Update
To accommodate examinees affected by COVID-19, we are temporarily allowing test takers to switch their test sitting from a test centre to a remote exam.
If you are unable or would prefer not to complete your CBT at a test centre due to concerns regarding COVID-19, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a remote exam. Please contact the CELBAN Centre in advance of your test to switch to remote testing.
If you have been affected by COVID-19 and cannot complete either component of your test (CBT or Speaking Test), we will grant you an extension to complete the test beyond your 14-day testing period. Please submit an Exceptional Circumstances Request Form. Please note that supporting documentation such as a medical note, quarantine notice or letter from employer may be required.
Please note that a full refund for the exam fee is not provided.
Test Centre Procedures and Reminders
To ensure the safety of examinees and staff on site and to remain in compliance with governmental mandates and recommendations, safety practices will be enacted throughout Prometric’s testing centres. For more information on Test Centre procedures, visit Prometric’s Test Centre Policies.
Test Centre Vaccine Requirements
Please note that due to local and regional mandates, a select number of Prometric Test Centers will require examinees to present proof of vaccination in order to test. Anyone testing in these centers will be required to present the appropriate documentation as required by Prometric and your local mandates.
