TEST RESCHEDULE REQUEST FORM

Requests to reschedule a CELBAN test appointment must be made via this form only. Requests by telephone, email, or fax will not be accepted. Before completing this form, please review The CELBAN Centre’s Policies & Procedures.

Speaking Test Reschedules
To reschedule a CELBAN Speaking Test, examinees are required to submit the Test Reschedule Request Form. Requests to reschedule a Speaking Test with more than 5 business days' notice will be charged CAN$ 50. All other requests to reschedule a Speaking Test will be charged CAN$ 100.

Examinees who have booked their CBT are required to reschedule the Speaking Test within 14 days of their CBT appointment. Examinees who have not booked their CBT will have their eligibility period updated once their Speaking Test is successfully rescheduled.

CBT Reschedules
To reschedule a CELBAN CBT with more than 5 days' notice, examinees are required to make arrangements directly with Prometric. Requests to reschedule a CBT with less than 5 days' notice, after the scheduled test date, or after their elibility period ends must be made via this form and will be charged CAN$ 150.

If you experienced an exceptional circumstance that prevented you from successfully attempting your Speaking Test, please refer to the Exceptional Circumstances Request Form.
